A jam-packed Monday in Independent America: After buying off a key senator with a $300 million payoff, Senate Democrats found their 60 votes to proceed with debate on the non-reform health care bill affectionately known as ObamaCare. This, despite the fact that the latest Rasmussen poll shows only 38 percent of Americans surveyed support the legislation as it stands now. Will the Democrats "go it alone," as Senator Schumer hinted this morning? Is this the Change You Can Believe In? Make your voice heard: 877-55-DOBBS.

And their lawyer is talking: "We should release them because it's the best thing we can do for our country," Scott Fenstermaker said, "keeping them in jail and continuing with these bogus proceedings is not good." Is this man out of his mind? Isn't this exactly what we all expected?
Joining Lou in the Independent Nation on Monday will be MICHAEL CRISTOFARO will talk to Lou about an outrageous eminent domain case in New London, Connecticut. Residents there lost their homes to make way for Pfizer-and now the drug giant is leaving town.
As always, Lou will take your calls to discuss the issues that matter most-and to get your thoughts on where America is headed. Call him toll-free on the Independent Hotline at 877-55 DOBBS. |
