This, despite the fact that the latest Rasmussen poll shows only 38 percent of Americans surveyed support the legislation as it stands now. And their lawyer is talking: "We should release them because it's the best thing we can do for our country," Scott Fenstermaker said, "keeping them in jail and continuing with these bogus proceedings is not good."
